These beta terms explain the intended ground rules for early TolkLine access. They are a product draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
Terms
Private beta access
TolkLine beta access may be invite-only, limited by platform, and changed or withdrawn while the product is still being tested.
Beta reliability
The beta may contain bugs, delays, transcription errors, translation errors, audio routing issues, or service interruptions. Do not rely on it for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk conversations.
Meeting permissions
You are responsible for following the rules of your meeting, workplace, school, platform, and applicable law, including any notice or consent required for transcription, translation, recording, or AI processing.
Acceptable use
Do not use TolkLine to impersonate others, mislead participants, bypass platform rules, process content you are not allowed to process, or violate rights, privacy, or safety obligations.
Data and AI services
The beta may process audio and text through third-party ASR, LLM, and TTS providers to deliver the requested features. The Privacy Policy explains the intended data handling approach.
Feedback
If you share bug reports, compatibility notes, or product feedback, TolkLine may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation.
Changes and termination
Beta features, limits, pricing plans, and access may change. TolkLine may suspend or end beta access if needed for safety, reliability, policy, or product reasons.
Final terms
These draft terms are not the final public terms. A production release should include reviewed terms with the legal entity, contact details, governing law, warranty limits, and dispute process.
